Description
Welcome to the onboarding module for new staff! While inductions are important, continued engagement is crucial for new employees to reach their full potential. This requires an investment, but it's worth it, given the time and money already spent on recruitment and training. To fully utilise the potential of First Nations employees in your team, it's essential to create an inclusive and culturally safe workplace that respects and empowers each individual's unique contribution and development needs. This way, you can benefit from the significant contribution First Nations people bring to the Hospitality industry.

In this module, your mission is to learn how to empower First Nations employees and provide appropriate professional development opportunities that maximise their potential for successful performance in the workplace.
